1. Validity and Availability
The validity of your booking begins from the date of your first class booking.
Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
All classes are subject to availability and are also provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Finality of Purchases
All purchased classes and slots are final. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances. Any such request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Fun Hub management.
3. Cancellation Policy
We have a 8-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you cancel a class within the cancellation window (8 hours before the scheduled class time), we reserve the right to charge you for the session(s) regardless of your cancellation.
If you cancel before the cut-off time, you can reschedule your class for another session within the validity period of your booking.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations, and rescheduled sessions must fall within the validity period of the original booking.
4. Package Validity
Please be aware of the validity period of the packages you have selected. Expiration dates will not be extended under any circumstances.
5. Pricing
The prices mentioned are nett, meaning they include all applicable fees. No additional administrative or registration fees will be charged.
6. Dress Code
Proper attire, including suitable exercise clothing and footwear, must be worn during classes for safety and hygiene reasons.
7. Studio Facilities
Clients are responsible for using the studio facilities safely and appropriately. Any damage to studio property caused by misuse or negligence may result in financial liability.
Clients must maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while using the studio facilities. This includes wiping down equipment after use and disposing of any waste properly.
Clients should promptly report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to studio staff.
Access to studio facilities may be restricted or modified at the discretion of the Studio for reasons such as maintenance, renovation, or special events.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property left unattended in the studio facilities.
Clients must comply with all studio rules and regulations, as well as any instructions provided by studio staff regarding the use of facilities.
Fun Hub Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to studio facilities for clients who violate these terms and conditions or engage in behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by studio staff.
8. Policy Changes
Fun Hub Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients accordingly.
9. Waiver Liability
By accepting this waiver proved by Fun Hub, including the services it offers, clients agree to the following terms and conditions. Client acknowledge and understand that participating in fitness activities and using equipment at Fun Hub involves certain inherent risks. In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, clients agree to the following:
Client understand that fitness activities may involve strenuous physical effort and willingly assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages (whether caused by themselves or others) that may occur as a result of their participation.
Client acknowledge that it is their responsibility to consult a physician or healthcare professional before participating in any exercise program. By participating this, they confirm that they physically fit and capable of engaging in fitness activities at Fun Hub.
Client agree to adhere to all instructors, rules, and regulations set by Fun Hub, including those provider by ots instructors and staff, and to use all equipment properly and safely.
Client will inform Fun Hub's instructors and staff of any current or previous injuries before starting a session and will exercise casution throughout the class. Client also agree to immediattely cease participation if they experience any discomfort or pain.
Client release, waive, discharge , and unconditionally agree not to hold Fun Hub, its owner, instructors, employees, or affiliates liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from their particiaption in fitness activities at Fun Hub.
Client agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fun Hub, its directors, subsidiaries, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from their participation in fitness activities at Fun Hub.
Client understand and agree that this waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
