Terms & Conditions for Package:

1. All purchases of Pilates & Yoga credit packages are considered final. These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

2. All credit packages grant access to all group Pilates & Yoga classes, including Reformer Pilates, Chair Pilates, Barrel Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga.

3. Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. (1 Credit = 1 Class).Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before class for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of credits.

4. Your first class must be booked and attended within 7 days from the payment date.

5. The schedule of classes and instructors may be subject to change without prior notice.

6. Participants must arrive on time for scheduled classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may result in the forfeiture of credits for that session.

7. Proper attire, including suitable exercise clothing and footwear, must be worn during classes for safety and hygiene reasons.

8. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes.

9. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from classes if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. The studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
