Terms & Conditions for Package:

1. All purchases of Pilates private and group credit packages are considered final. These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

2. Pilates credit packages grant access to Pilates classes, including reformer Pilates, barrel Pilates, and chair Pilates.

3. 1 to 1 private classes must be booked in advance through WhatsApp - 011-40136198 and are subject to availability. (1 Credit = 1 Class), where group class can direct booked through Fun Hub system.

4. Your private and group class must be booked and attended within 30 days from the payment date.

5. The schedule of instructors may be subject to change without prior notice.

6. Participants must arrive on time for scheduled classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may result in the forfeiture of credits for that session.

7. Proper attire, including suitable exercise clothing and footwear, must be worn during classes for safety and hygiene reasons.

8. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes.

9. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from classes if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. The studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
